He also breaks down how the auctions will proceed from this point forward, meaning that our Week 7 auctions will be held beginning February 13 and will end on the night of February 20th (Pacific Time).

Week 8 and Week 9 will be pushed back a bit to accommodate the Sci-Fi Auction, itself featuring items from Marvel, Defying Gravity, Star Trek, and Battlestar Galactica. That auction will be held for 10 days starting on Thursday, February 17 and ending Sunday, Febuary 27th.

After the end of the Sci-Fi Auction, our Caprica auctions will resume with Week 8, and that will start on February 27th.

Propworx is pleased to present the fifth week of prop and costume auctions from Syfy Channel’s short-lived Battlestar Galactica prequel, Caprica.

As with all of our past eBay auctions, each auction is one week in length, beginning on a Sunday night and ending the following Sunday night. This week’s auctions end on the night of February 6, 2010!

We presently have over 90 items available for auction on eBay, with more on the way in the next couple of weeks. They range from hero props, costumes of the primary characters in the series, production art, and more! Here’s a peek at what’s available:

• Caprica Memorial Wall Flag
  
  Large flag that was used as set decoration during the GDD’s official response to the Mag Lev bombing in the pilot episode of the series. Production noted this item as being screen used. Flag is made from dyed nylon with a wooden dowel on the top and a metal bar on the bottom. Measures 117in x 30in.
• Caprica Joseph Adama’s Hero Parents Photo
  
  Hero photograph of Joseph Adama’s parents used in episode 13, “False Labor”.  Joseph’s parents were William and Isabelle Adama, and were victims of the Tauron Civil War that made Joseph and Sam refugee orphans. Production noted this item as being screen used, and is a production-aged photograph measuring 3.75in x 2.5in.
• Caprica Hero Jordan Duram Business Card
  
  This business card was given to Lacy Rand by Agent Duram in episode 10, “Unvanquished”, she can be seen playing with this card while talking to him in the episode. Production noted this item as being screen used. Production made piece of cardstock with printed graphics on front. Measures 3.5in x 2in.
• Caprica Buccaneers Jersey Set
  
  Set of two white and blue polyester hockey jerseys both with iron-on Buccaneers logos on chest, sizes XXL/TTG and XXL/TTG, manufactured by Athletic Knit. Production noted these items were screen used in the series finale “Apotheosis,” during the pivotal scenes at the Atlas Arena.

• Caprica Caprican Military Commander

  Military officer’s uniform seen in the pilot episode worn by an officer while watching the U-87 demonstration. Production noted this item as being screen used. Production-made black wool jacket with silver metal buttons, epaulets, maroon and copper piping, gold metal decoration pin on chest, and maroon vinyl belt with fastex buckle painted silver and glue residue on back, production marked “RON TOFFOLO” inside. Gray wool pinstriped men’s dress pants. No size information is available.

• Caprica Caprica Buccaneers Fan Set

  These trinkets were sold with other buccaneers items by a street vendor in the final episode of the series “Apotheosis”. Production noted these items as being screen used. Set of three items: One blue and silver flashlight with production placed buccaneers logo on the front, item is untested. A blister pack containing toothpicks with blue and silver accents and a buccaneers logo on the front, and a blue and black wristband with a buccaneers logo on the front.

• Caprica Tauron Ritual Bones
  
  Tauron ritual bones, used by small children to play “Jax”. Joseph Adama can be seen handling these in episode 4, “Gravedancing,” after Ruth gave them to Willie Adama. Production noted these items as being screen used. Production used real animal bones. Measuring 3in long to 0.2in long.

After the Guatrau places a hit on both Joseph and Sam Adama for sending U-87 Cylons to the resistance fighters on Tauron, they make haste to leave Caprica City with Evelyn and Joseph’s only surviving son, Willie. In order to do so, Joseph and Sam go to Sam’s former hang-out in Little Tauron to get forge documents and hard cubits. Amongst these items were false passports and identification cards for Joseph Adama, using the alias “Shay Ross Hilliard.”

In retrieving these documents, both Sam and Joseph are ambushed by Ha’la’tha soldiers. Willie Adama runs in after his uncle and father, interrupting the Ha’la’tha as they are about to kill the two elder Adamas. This proved enough distraction for Sam and Joseph to fight their way out of the situation, but at the cost of Willie Adama’s life.
